A logo for me

Sun, waves, and a very familiar set of initials.

A little about the project

For my personal branding project, I made three related marks: a symbol, a monogram, and a wordmark. I wanted them to feel bright and approachable, with blue and yellow tying the whole set together.

01 · The symbol

Start with simple shapes.

The symbol brings together sun and wave forms. I worked with clean vector shapes and negative space so it could stay recognizable when used at different sizes.

02 · The monogram

Make the initials feel connected.

For the BT monogram, I refined the proportions, spacing, and balance of the letters while keeping the personality of the original symbol.

03 · The wordmark

Give the name its own shape.

The wordmark explores flow, letter spacing, and scale. Seeing the marks on everyday objects helped me consider how they work as one identity.
